My top 10 favourite Saje Wellness products

July 16, 2018

Okay, so I’m a little addicted to Saje Wellness (if you follow me on Instagram, this will come as no surprise given how often I’m raving about them in my IG stories), so I thought I would do a little round-up post with some of my favourite Saje products.

If you’re not familiar with Saje, they are a Canadian company (yay!) that offers all natural products, remedies and essential oils. They carry everything from skin care, to natural remedies, aromatherapy, bath products, wellness accessories, home essentials and more.

1. Ultrasonic essential oil diffuser | $70 to 190

Saje’s aromatherapy ultrasonic diffusers and diffuser blends are one of the first things that really got me into their products. We love them so much, that our household actually has four of them! (Two bathrooms, my bedroom and our craft room.) The aromagem in gold and the limited edition marbled aromabreeze are two of my personal favourites. I use mine daily.

2. Allergy mist | $20

I honestly don’t think I would be surviving this allergy season without this mist. I spray it on my pillow everynight before I go to bed, or directly on myself and it makes a huge difference with my itchy eyes and nasal symptoms. It has been a total game-changer for me.

3. Immune spray  / diffuser blend / roll-on | $13 / $20 / $23

I love the immune line so much, that I couldn’t just pick one product. I don’t have the best immune system, so anything that helps with that is amazing in my books. Overall, I’ve been the healthiest I’ve ever been in the past two years or so – I not sure if its completely because of this products, or a combination of things, but either way I’m not risking it!

4. Echinacea throat spray | $20

Full disclosure: this does not taste nice – but it really works! I’m prone to sore throats, (be it allergy or infections) and this is better than anything else I’ve tried on the market. It’s worth it.

5. Pocket farmacy | $60 to $100

I don’t go anywhere without my trusty pocket faramcy… if you believe it or not, I actually have three! One that stays at home, one that stays at work, and a mini one (from the build-your-own promo they had a little while back) with my three favourite remedies. It includes all of the basics: immune roller, peppermint halo (headaches), eater’s digest, stress release and pain release. It also makes for the perfect gift!

6. Peppermint halo | $27

Okay, I know this (along with the immune roller) is technically included in the pocket farmacy, but like the immune roller I love this one too much to not talk about it separately too. I get chronic headaches and sometimes migraines. I also don’t like taking painkillers unless I absolutely have to. One, it’s not that good for you to constantly be taking them; and two, I’ve had ulcers in the past. This is my first go-to whenever I have a headache or migraine coming on, and most of the time it does the trick or at the very least greatly reduces the pain.

7. Digestive tea | $17

If you have a temperamental tummy like me, you will love this tea. Don’t just take my word for it – it’s almost always sold out!

8. Bath swishes | $5 or 3 for $12

Y’all know I love me a good bath product, and at 3 for $12 you can’t go wrong! I will say that these guys are a little less fizzy than bath bombs but that’s kind of what I like about them. To me, they’re a different product than your typical bath bomb – it’s more about the aromatherapy with the bath swishes.

9. Ginger aide | $9

I already mentioned that I can have tummy troubles. In general, I try to incorporate ginger into my regular diet when I can. I love these guys because they’re portable and easy to keep in your purse for when your feeling a little off. They also have a foodie version if you have problems with digestion, too.

10. Aromatherapy necklaces | $70 to 90

Okay, I’m cheating a bit with this one because I don’t actually have an aromatherapy necklace (yet), but it has been on my wish-list for a while. My sister and mom both have one, and they love it! I was waiting for them to get the crystal necklaces back in stock and now that they are I’ll definitely be picking up one.

And that’s it! Do you love Saje? If so, let me know what some of your favourite and must-have items are.

I had content planned to post sooner (like this photo as I’m sure you can clearly tell by the Christmas decorations 😅), but life happened and I ended up taking a break from Instagram for the rest of my holidays which honestly was really nice.

This week was my first week back to work, so I’m looking forward to spending some quality time with my pjs and Ruffi again this weekend.

’Tis the season for ugly Christmas sweaters! 🎄🎄🎄

This one has been a favourite of mine for a few years now. It might be time for me to get a new one to keep things fresh… or should I say ‘pine' fresh. See what I did there? Ok, I’ll see myself out. 🙈 #uglychristmassweater #christmas2020
