My favourite Saje Wellness diffuser blends

January 4, 2019

It should come as no surprise that I’m obsessed with Saje. (Exhibit A: “my top 10 favourite Saje Wellness products“.)

One of my absolute favourite product lines of their’s has to be the diffuser blends. It’s amazing how big of a difference a little aromatherapy can make – we actually have 4 diffusers in our house! One in my bedroom, one in each of the two full-bathrooms and one in the kitchen. The best part about Saje’s diffuser oils? When you buy 3 10 ml diffuser blends you get 20% off! I thought I would share some of my top picks.

1. Immune / $20

I don’t have the best immune system, so anything that helps with that is amazing in my books. This one is packed with lemon, eucalyptus and tea tree oils to help soothe respiratory discomfort, flu-like symptoms and cleanse the air. This is my first-line of defence when I feel a cold coming on.

2. Exhale | $15

This one has eucalyptus (noticing a trend in the scents I like?), peppermint and frankincense. I find this blend so incredibly grounding and refreshing. It’s cool and woodsy.

3. Allergy release | $22

Honestly, I don’t think I would survive allergy season without the allergy line. It makes a huge difference with my itchy eyes and nasal symptoms and has been a total game-changer for me.

4. Spa spirit | $17

This one lives up to it’s name –  it literally smells like a spa in a bottle. It’s so calming and warm, with scents of grapefruit, eucalyptus and benzoin.

5. Chill out | $27

This one is one of my favourite blends for a rainy day. I just love diffusing this one while curled up with some tea, cozy socks and a good movie. It’s an earthy scent with sandalwood, pine and clary sage.

6. Unwind | $17

I’m usually not a big fan of lavender scents, so to be honest I was surprised that I love this one as much as I do. I’m a sucker for bergamot which this blend also has in it, along with geranium, so I think that might be why.

7. Refresh | $17

This blend is just so refreshing – pun not intended. Based on my other top picks, this one shouldn’t come as a surprise to you as it’s scent is eucalyptus, lemon and spearmint. It’s somehow calming and energizing at the same time.

Are you into aromatherapy? Let me know what are your favourite blends are!

Did you know that your skin works harder at night? Did you know that your skin works harder at night? 😴✨

When you’re in a deep sleep, your skin shifts into repair mode. I'm a huge fan of overnight masks because they help boost your skin's renewal process.

This sleep mask was actually one of the first ones I ever tried. I think it might have been discontinued because I haven’t been able to find it recently.

Do you have a go-to overnight mask? Lately I’ve been using Innisfree’s Pore Caring sleep mask and Glow Recipe’s overnight eye mask.

I had content planned to post sooner (like this photo as I’m sure you can clearly tell by the Christmas decorations 😅), but life happened and I ended up taking a break from Instagram for the rest of my holidays which honestly was really nice.

This week was my first week back to work, so I’m looking forward to spending some quality time with my pjs and Ruffi again this weekend.
