7 Face Masks That Are Top Notch

It’s no secret that I have problematic skin. I’m generally pretty careful about the products I use since I break out really easily, get rashes and my skin tends to dry out with certain products. Face masks have always been a go-to beauty product for me to help control my skin and keep in some moisture.

So, with this in mind, I thought I would share 7 face masks that are pretty great… at least in my opinion!
 

 
Active Pureness Face Mask | by Comfort Zone
 
This mask has easily become my all time favourite and my usual go-to mask. I just only wish I had discovered it sooner! I was originally introduced to this line at a local spa, Maison Blanc, in Whitby. It’s done wonders for my skin, (thanks to the green clay) and has this really amazing cooling effect. Believe it or not, but I actually notice a difference immediately after using it and it really has cleared up my skin. I’m going to be grabbing some more of Comfort Zone’s products from the Active Pureness line soon!

 
Cosmetic Warrior | by Lush
 
This mask is my favourite fresh face mask. I love how cooling it is on my skin, and while I don’t notice results immediately after use, it definitely improves my skin over time of continued use. Call me crazy, but I love the smell too. The only downside is because it is a fresh mask, it doesn’t last too long. If I had a Lush closer to me, I would be using this one more often than I do.

 
Retexturizing Rose Clay Mask | by Origins
 
I love how this mask leaves my skin feeling and glowing. It does help a little bit with clearing my skin, but not as much as some of the other masks on this list, however its so moisturizing, smoothing and it leaves me feeling glowy so it’s still one of my favourite masks. I typically use it when I need a pick-me-up or when my skin is looking dull.

 
Argile Clay Mask | by Elucx
 
I love the fact that this mask is dried clay and that you just mix it when you want to use it with a little bit of water. This mask really leaves my skin feeling refreshed and tightened without leaving it dry. Plus, this mask is made by a Canadian seller!

 
Clear Improvement Charcoal Mask | by Origins
 
Okay so honestly, I have yet to try any Origins product that I haven’t fallen in love with, so naturally when I tried out this mask it became a quick favourite too. I use this one when my skin starts to really act up, because it’s made with activated charcoal its great for detoxifying your skin, de-clogging deep pores which helps with maintaining troubled skin.

 
Rose Face Mask | by Fresh
 
I use this mask when my face starts to feel really dried out. It’s amazing for putting moisture back into your skin. It leaves your skin feeling so soft and gives it a nice natural glow. The price tag is definitely up there in comparison to some of the other masks on this list, but you don’t need to use too much so it lasts a really long time.

 
Luminizing Black Mask | by Boscia
 
One of the reasons why I love this mask is because it is a peel-off mask, which is great for taking care of those pesky blackheads. It’s kind of like a pore strip, but for your entire face (or wherever you decided to apply it). In my experience, it tends to work best after a warm/hot shower.
