Just incase you forgot that I have a smoothie addiction, I’m back again with yet another smoothie recipe! This one is actually an oldie, but a goodie. It’s been a favourite recipe for a long time and is usually a part of my morning routines I’ve been meaning to share it for months and months now. What I love about this one is that it is so incredibly energizing and filling. Perfect for those mornings when you need an extra kick in your step!
Why is it so energizing? Matcha! I love love matcha. Seriously, it’s so great. It’s so incredibly healthy for you and one cup is loaded with nutritional value and antioxidants as 10 glasses of green tea! How crazy is that? As if that wasn’t enough, it’s loaded with vitamin C, magnesium, zinc and chromium.
